BullionX grants you a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not resell, copy, modify, distribute or misuse the application or its content.
All gold, silver, MCX, NSE, Nifty50 prices, charts and news are provided for informational purposes only. BullionX does not provide investment or trading advice.
All payments are handled through secure payment gateways. BullionX is not responsible for failures caused by banks or payment providers. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
You may not attempt to hack, abuse or misuse the app or its services. Any unauthorized access may lead to permanent account termination.
BullionX may modify, suspend or discontinue services at any time due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.
BullionX may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or services.
All content, logos, branding, charts and data belong to BullionX and its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
BullionX shall not be liable for any financial losses, data inaccuracies, delays, or service interruptions.
BullionX reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.
These Terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes shall be subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
